Xx66 Terms & Conditions — Rules & Policies

To create an account on xx66, you must be at least 18 years of age and a lawful resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration — providing false or misleading information gives us the right to terminate your account. Each individual may hold only one account; operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must never share your login credentials with any third party. Any unauthorized access or security breach must be reported to our support team immediately. xx66 will never ask for your full password via email or phone — treat any such request as fraudulent. We may request your national ID or other valid documents as needed for account verification.

All transactions on the xx66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support a range of mobile banking and payment methods available in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method and are detailed in the Payments section.

Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process and may be held until account verification is complete. xx66 reserves the right to withhold payments and notify the relevant authorities in cases of fraudulent or suspicious financial activity. If a deposit fails, funds are generally returned automatically; however, xx66 bears no responsibility for failed transactions caused by the user's payment provider. A full transaction history is stored in your account and will serve as the authoritative record in the event of any dispute.

Xx66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Accounts may be closed in particular for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in illegal activity. Users may also request account closure at any time, though you are advised to ensure all pending transactions are settled before submitting such a request.

Any valid balance remaining after account closure will be returned subject to verification; however, we reserve the right to forfeit any balance associated with fraudulent activity. xx66 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and notice of material changes will be posted on the platform before taking effect. Continued use of the platform under the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction.
